Karelia
Karelia is a part of Karelia-Upofloor Oy Group, one of Europe's leading flooring manufacturers. In 2006, the Group's net sales totaled USD 193.8 million, and at the moment, the Group has approximately 950 employees.
The Group has seven production units in different parts of Finland, one hardwood floor factory in both Russia and Rumania and also a sales office in Estonia. The main markets besides Finland are Western Europe, Russia and North America.
Karelia-Upofloor Oy is a Finnish family business, owned by the Hartwall family and the family of Heikki Väänänen.
